C’est avec grande satisfaction que nous avons eu recours aux services de Beaufort 5 sous la direction de Mme Deprez.
La mission consistait à relocaliser l’ensemble de notre staff (140 desks) sur un site temporaire pour une période 18 mois avec des exigences minimales dont la proximité, le nombre de parkings, des coûts réduits et maitrisés, des options relatives aux techniques spéciales et aux aspects IT et enfin un contrat de location flexible.
Mme Deprez nous a aidé à définir clairement nos besoins et, après une analyse du marché, nous a proposé plusieurs alternatives. Les différentes options ont été balancées par une analyse SWOT.
Beaufort 5 a entrepris toutes les négociations pour finaliser un bail de location flexible qui répond au mieux aux besoins de notre société.
